Artifex, LLC is not responsible for communications, transactions, or agreements made between users outside of the Artifex platform. We do not mediate disputes or guarantee the accuracy of information exchanged between users. Users engage in transactions at their own risk and should exercise caution when interacting with others on or off the platform.

Strict Policy Against Chargebacks and Fraud

Chargebacks and fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited on the Artifex platform. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or engage in fraudulent behavior will result in immediate suspension of the user's account. Users are required to resolve any payment-related issues or disputes through the Artifex dispute resolution system. We take all instances of fraud seriously and will take necessary actions to protect the integrity of our platform and its users.

Intellectual Property

Artifex respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Users must not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

Artifex, LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the use of our platform. We provide Artifex "as is" and disclaim any warranties or guarantees.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these TOS at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of Artifex constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Termination

Artifex, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these TOS or pose a risk to the platform's integrity.
