These Terms of Service ("TOS") outline the rules and guidelines for using our platform. By accessing or using Artifex, you automatically agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Artifex, LLC’s services (referred to here as "Artifex" or "Artifex, LLC"), you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our platform.

Affiliation Disclaimer

Artifex is an independent platform and is not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB, and Artifex operates in compliance with the Minecraft Usage Guidelines. Any content shared on Artifex that is related to Minecraft or uses Minecraft assets is the sole responsibility of the creator and must follow all applicable guidelines set forth by Mojang and Microsoft.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Artifex. If you are a minor, you must have parental consent to use our platform.

User Conduct

Users must abide to general Code of Conduct, which prohibits activities such as harassment, hate speech, fraud, and illegal activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, including passwords and access credentials. Sharing your account information with others or allowing unauthorized access to your account is strictly prohibited.

Content Guidelines

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload or share on Artifex. Content must not:

• Violate copyright laws or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contain explicit material, offensive language, or any form of inappropriate content.

Intellectual Property and Copyright Infringement

Artifex respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that a product or content on Artifex infringes upon your copyright, please follow these steps:

• Direct Communication: Contact the seller directly to resolve the issue.
• Ticket Support: If a resolution cannot be reached, open a support ticket on Artifex. Our staff will review the case and, if appropriate, assist with content removal.

Artifex will take necessary actions in line with applicable copyright laws and Artifex policies to address legitimate complaints

Product Availability

The availability of products on Artifex is entirely managed by the freelancers who list them. Freelancers have the discretion to modify or remove their listings at any time. Artifex, LLC does not assume responsibility for the continued availability, accuracy, or completeness of any product listed on the platform.

If a product you purchased or wish to purchase becomes unavailable, we recommend contacting the seller directly for further information or resolution. Artifex cannot guarantee or restore access to products that have been removed or altered by the freelancer.

Purchase Rights

All purchases made on Artifex are licensed exclusively to the buyer for personal use. Purchased items are intended solely for the use of the individual buyer and are not transferable. Redistribution, reproduction, or any form of resale of purchased content without the seller’s explicit consent is strictly prohibited.

Violating these terms may result in the immediate suspension or permanent ban of your account on Artifex. Artifex and the seller reserve the right to take additional actions to protect intellectual property rights, as necessary.

Transactions

All transactions conducted on Artifex must comply with our policies and guidelines. Users engaging in transactions are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legitimacy of their listings and for adhering to all legal requirements.

Strict Policy Against Chargebacks and Fraud

Chargebacks and fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited on Artifex. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or engage in fraudulent behavior will result in immediate suspension of the user's account. Users must resolve any payment-related issues or disputes through Artifex's dispute resolution system.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Artifex, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Responsibility

Artifex, LLC is not responsible for any communications, transactions, or agreements made between users outside of the Artifex platform. We do not mediate disputes or guarantee the accuracy of information exchanged between users. Users engage in transactions at their own risk and should exercise caution when interacting with others on or off the platform.

Product Accuracy and Quality: Artifex does not guarantee the accuracy, functionality, or quality of any products listed by users on the platform. Any discrepancies or issues with products should be resolved directly with the seller through the Artifex Dispute Resolution System. If a resolution cannot be reached, our team may assist within the scope of our policies.

Copyright and Intellectual Property Issues: Users are responsible for ensuring their content complies with copyright and intellectual property laws. Artifex does not vet each product for copyright compliance. If a user believes their copyright has been infringed, they may contact the seller directly to resolve the matter or open a support ticket for further assistance.

Transactions and Payments: Artifex is not liable for transaction issues, including disputes regarding payments, refunds, or chargebacks. Users must conduct transactions in good faith and use Artifex's Dispute Resolution System if any issues arise.

Third-Party Interactions: Artifex is not responsible for any agreements, communications, or transactions made outside of the Artifex platform, even if initiated through Artifex. Users should exercise caution when interacting off-platform.

User-Generated Content: Artifex, LLC is not liable for any user-generated content, including product descriptions, images, and other materials uploaded by users. All content is the sole responsibility of the user who posts it, and Artifex does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any user-provided information.

Limitation of Liability

Artifex, LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the use of our platform. Artifex provides its services "as is" and disclaims any warranties or guarantees, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Modification of Services

Artifex, LLC reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or change any aspect of its services, features, fees, or pricing at any time and without prior notice. This may include adding, removing, or updating tools, functionalities, or any other part of the platform as necessary.

Artifex is committed to improving the user experience but makes no guarantee that all features will remain available or unchanged. By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept that these modifications may occur.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these TOS at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of Artifex constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Termination

Artifex, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these TOS or pose a risk to the platform's integrity.
